Esmat Releases Its Schedule For Courses And Events Planned For The Month Of June

The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) has prepared a diversified program for the month of June, with the objective of training and promoting important reflections for the professionals who work in the institutional field of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins.

Next Wednesday, June 7th, a round of conversation entitled "Preventing harassment and fighting discrimination at work" will take place. Aimed at trainees, the event aims to promote reflection on work relations and processes, in order to establish healthy, trustworthy, and dignified relationships within the institutional environment.

On June 12th, the course on "Improving the Approach to Reception and Clinical Listening" will be held. The action aims to train members of the technical team of the Reception and Psychosocial Support Center (NAPSI) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins, to deal more effectively and humanely with situations of workplace harassment. The intention is to promote the emotional recovery of the victims and contribute to a healthy and fair work environment.

On June 13th and 14th, Esmat will host the "Workshop on Prevention and Confrontation to Harassment". Aimed at NAPsi employees; Cesau employees; employees of the Medical Board; members of the Commission (according to the Ordinance No. 890 of 2023); multidisciplinary team of Sinsjusto; members of Sinsjusto; members of ASTJ. The event seeks to address strategies to prevent and combat harassment, promoting a safe and healthy work environment.

From June 13th to June 30th, the course on "Emotional Intelligence: Emotion Management - Class II" will take place. The course aims to guide and train employees to develop resources at work that allow them to deal with their emotions and feelings more easily and consistently, in addition to promoting resilience in the face of daily challenges.

On June 22nd and 23rd, the "III Seminar on Socio-environmental Management" will be held, focusing on climate change and the enforcement of socio-environmental justice.

From June 27th to 29th, the course on "Theory and Practice in State Special Civil, Criminal and Treasury Courts" will take place. To the end the month, on June 30th, the Symposium on "Law and Health: focus on the judicialization of health" will take place. The event will address issues pertinent to the relationship between law and health care, with an emphasis on the judicialization of this sector.
