Competence Mapping: Esmat Holds Another Workshop For Public Servers And Magistrates Of The Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins

On June 5th and 6th, the Workshop on Competence Mapping and Workforce Sizing - Class IV - will be held, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT). The event is taking place at the Informatics Lab of Esmat, in the city of Palmas, and counts on the participation of public servers and magistrates from the Judiciary.

With a certification workload of 14 hours, the main objective of the course is to identify and map the specific skills of each administrative and judicial unit of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, in the first and second level. This initiative aims to boost the People Management by Competences Project, seeking to align the professionals' skills to the demands of the institutions.

The learning facilitator is Aline Beckmann, an expert in the field and responsible for conducting the Workshop activities. This event is justified by Resolution No. 192 of the National Council of Justice, which establishes the National Policy for Training and Improvement of Servers of the Judiciary, highlighting the importance of developing skills for legal professionals.

The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins adopted the Management by Competencies Project in 2015, implementing steps such as the definition of work roles and competency assessments. Now, with the Workshop on Competency Mapping and Workforce Sizing, it seeks to equalize the workforce of the institution, ensuring that each organizational unit has the appropriate number of servers with the necessary competencies.
