The third class of the Competency Mapping and Workforce Sizing Workshop, which began this Thursday (June 1st), is promoting an immersion of knowledge for servers and Judges of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. Under the guidance of the learning facilitator, Paulo Delage, the training is taking place in person at the Computer Lab of Esmat.
During two days of activities, participants have the opportunity to deepen their knowledge and share experiences, contributing to the development of effective strategies for competency management. The main objective of the training is to identify and map the specific competencies of each Administrative and Judicial Unit of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, in the first and second levels. This initiative aims to boost the Project on People Management by Competences, which seeks the continuous improvement of the judicial team.
The next workshop classes are scheduled for June 5th and 6th (Class IV), June 15th and 16th (Class V), June 19th and 20th (Class VI), June 22nd and 23rd (Class VII), and June 26th and 27th (Class VIII).
