The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Permanent Center for Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution (Nupemec), the Center for Restorative Justice (Cejure) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), held on December 5th, from 9 am, the VI Seminar on Restorative Justice in the auditorium of the TJTO.
The event is free, and registrations remain open until the day of the seminar, with 300 vacancies available for anyone interested in the theme. To participate, just sign up through here.
With a workload of 6 class hours, the seminar will be in person and it will bring together magistrates, civil servers of the Judiciary, facilitators of the Restorative Justice, members of the State Prosecution, BAR and Public Defender’s Office, as well as educators of the public network, public safety professionals, academic community and civil society.
The programming includes four lectures with invited judges from different States and a table of presentation of good practices held in the state of Tocantins. The event is coordinated by Judge Silvana Parfieniuk and it aims to expand the role of the Restorative Justice in the State, promote interdisciplinary dialogue and consolidate practices aimed at social pacification.
