
The 6th National Meeting on Intelligence in the Judiciary (ENIPJ) will be held on March 26th and 27th in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). The event will bring together professionals, authorities and experts in the legal, intelligence and institutional security fields to debate the strengthening of security and intelligence practices within the Brazilian Judiciary.

On March 26th, activities will begin at 8 a.m. with registration at the entrance to the auditorium, followed by the opening ceremony, which will begin at 9:30 a.m.
From 10 a.m., the opening panel will be held, with the theme on “Integrated and Interoperative Intelligence in the Context of the National Security Policy and System of the Judiciary”, led by the speaker Fábio de Carvalho Rodrigues Paraguassu, head of the Security Division of the National Council of Justice.
This will be followed at 11 a.m. by the lecture on “OSINT in the Judiciary: potential challenges and practices”, given by Marco Felipe Pereira, Superintendent of Counterintelligence at the Secretariat for Public Security of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
Opening the afternoon programming, at 2 p.m., speaker Milton Donizeti, CEO of Berkana Technology and Security Ltda., will address the topic on “Solutions with cutting-edge technology for the tactical, intelligence, counterintelligence and special projects areas”.
At 3 p.m., Alexandre Magno de Souza Nunes, a colonel in the Military Police of the state of Maranhão and advisor of Security and Intelligence of the TRA of the state of Maranhão, will give a lecture on “Intelligence Applied to the Protection of Judicial Authorities”.
From 4.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.m, speaker George Estefani de Souza do Couto, a delegate from the Federal District Civil Police and Undersecretary for Information Management at the Federal District Public Security Secretariat, will give a talk on “Public Security Intelligence and Public Policies”.
The first day of the event will conclude with a lecture on “Identifying and Evaluating Hostile Messages: a protocol for Intelligence in the Information Environment”, given by Maurício Viegas Pinto, Intelligence advisor to the Security Secretariat of the STF, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., followed by the closing cocktail.
On March 27th, the morning programming will begin at 9 a.m. with the lecture on “Risk Analysis of Persons: the Convergence of Protection Measures with Adequate Security Procedures”, given by Alessandre Roberto dos Reis, head of the Strategic Analysis Division of the Directorate of Intelligence of the Federal Police.
At 10:30 a.m., the lecture on “Blockchain applications in the public service for secure data sharing” will be given by Ronald Cesar Thompson, auditor of the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service and head of the Information Technology Services Management Division.
In the afternoon, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., the lectures on “Process of Mitigation of Criminal Organizations” will be given by Demétrius Gomes Lopes, PhD in Police Sciences of Security and Public Order, and “Cybersecurity and Neuroscience” by Milena Santana de Araújo Lima, a police officer.
From 4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., the topic on “Resolution No. 383 of 2021 of the CNJ: Creation of Protocols for the Secure Processing of Intelligence and Institutional Security Documents” will be discussed by speaker Angelo Stacciarini Seraphin, head of the Systems Division of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins.
At the end of the event, João Paulo Santos Scoucair, a prosecutor from the State Prosecution of the State of Bahia and an advisor to the CNJ, will give the lecture on “The actions of criminal organizations against the Judiciary”, at 5:30 p.m.
The meeting, coordinated by Justice Pedro Nelson de Miranda Coutinho, in collaboration with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and the Institutional Intelligence and Security Center (NIS), is in line with the National Security Policy of the Judiciary, established by the Resolution No. 435 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) of 2021.
