This Tuesday (February 4th), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) opens registration for the Forum on “Law and Health: focusing on the judicialization of health”. The event will be held on February 17th, starting at 1:30 pm, in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).

The Forum, coordinated by Justice Pedro Nelson de Miranda Coutinho, aims to provide a space for discussion, reflection and critical analysis of the rulings of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) on the Themes 1.234 and 6 of the General Repercussion, related to the supply of medicines, with a view to promote efficient action, guaranteeing access to health and balancing the responsibility of the State with the sustainability of the public health system.
