The Project on Competency-Based People Management concludes another phase with the end of the Workforce Sizing Workshops. Held in the laboratories of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the workshops served to analyze the number of civil servers needed to meet the demands of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, considering not only the quantity, but also the quality of the skills available.

During the course of the workshops - divided into two stages, with online alignment meetings and face-to-face workshops - the project saw the active participation of the civil servers of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). The last class was aimed at the own team of Esmat and ended successfully on May 10th.

In a statement, the server Eugenia Paula Meireles Machado emphasized the importance of the initiative to size up the workforce of the Judiciary.

"The initiative of sizing up people in the Judiciary will bring countless benefits and real, up-to-date knowledge about the existing activities in each work unit. Now that all the meetings and workshops have been held with great responsibility, we hope to see improvements very soon. We hope to be able to resolve any difficulties or even ratify processes and systems that take place between the several sectors and systems that coexist to offer a swift justice to society, with ideal working conditions for all Judges and civil servers," she said.
