VIII Health Week: Official Opening Takes Place On Thursday, September 28th

Aimed at promoting physical and mental well-being, as well as addressing quality of life in the workplace, the activities of the VIII Health Week offer an opportunity to reflect on individual and collective health. The week will be open on Thursday (September 28th) by the President of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe.

The opening lecture, with the theme: "Mindset in search of happiness", will be given by Solange Mata Machado, who has a post-doctorate in Neuroscience applied to innovation processes.

And on Friday (September 29th), closing the program, the lecture on "The hidden world of emotional wounds and physical illnesses" will be given by the speakers: Júlio Mendes, who is an Anthropologist and post-graduate in Gendai Reiki Ho; and Ana Paula Barnabé, an Administrator, post-graduate in Gendai Reiki Ho and transpersonal Therapist.

The lectures will take place in the auditorium of TJTO and they will be broadcast live on the Virtual Platform of Esmat. The target audience will be civil servers, magistrates, trainees, employees of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, professionals from the justice system and members of the community in general. The aim is to promote physical and mental well-being, as well as addressing quality of life in the workplace.

The entire program is being promoted by the Health Space, through the Directorate of People Management (Digep), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), the Military Advisory Office (Asmil), the Social Communication Center (Cecom) and the Administrative Directorate.
