Dianópolis receives workshop on occupational health, quality of life and emotional intelligence

This Tuesday afternoon (May 23rd), Dianópolis welcomes the first group of the Workshop on Occupational Health, Quality of Life and Emotional Intelligence: how to reconcile these purposes? - 2023. The event will last until May 25th. Aiming to offer the participants behavioral skills that help them in the prevention of diseases, in the improvement of the work environment and in labor relations, the action aims to enhance personal satisfaction, the feeling of cooperation, respect, and identity with work.

On the first day, the programmatic content will address themes such as the influence of social relations on health and quality of life, and the relevance of ethics and its impact on health. The learning facilitator Evanuzia Luzia de Oliveira will minister the activities for magistrates and servers of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, duly assigned to the district of Dianópolis. At the end of the event, participants will receive a 15-hour certification course.

During the next two days, topics such as preventive behavior in the face of unwanted manifestations in the work environment and resilience will be approached, as well as the identification of work-related illnesses, such as burn-out, chemical dependency, fatigue/stress, over- or under-assignment, among others. The Workshop will also discuss preventive attitudes and positive everyday attitudes that contribute to improved health.
