The second class of the Workshop on Competence Mapping and Workforce Sizing reaches its last day of activities this Tuesday (May 23rd). The event, which had as its target audience servers and magistrates from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, counted with the presence of the learning facilitator Romariz Barros.
Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the main objective of the Workshop was to identify and map the specific competencies of each administrative and judicial unit of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, both in the first and second level. This initiative aims to boost the Project on People Management by Competences, providing a better management of human resources in the Institution.
Held in person, on May 22nd and 23rd, the event was held at the Computer Lab of Esmat. The main activities developed were the mapping of competencies and the dimensioning of the workforce, addressing strategies to identify and develop the necessary skills in each sector of the Judiciary.
