Workshop trains public servers and magistrates of the judiciary of the state of tocantins in competence mapping and workforce sizing

On Thursday afternoon (May 18th), the activities for Class I of the Workshop on "Competence Mapping and Workforce Sizing" began. The event, which will last until tomorrow (May 19th), has as its main objective to identify and map the specific competencies of each administrative and judicial unit of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, both in the first and second level. This initiative aims to provide the effective implementation of the Project on People Management by Competences.

With a certification workload of 14 hours, the Workshop has 60 vacancies for public servers and magistrates of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins. The event will take place at the facilities of Esmat.

The Workshop is being conducted by the learning facilitator Thiago Costa. During the two-day event, themes such as competence mapping, adequate dimensioning of the workforce, and strategies to implement competence-based management within the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins will be discussed.
