Registrations for the Seminar on Land Regularization and Extra Judicial Real Estate Registry Services are now open. The event will be held on March 24th, in hybrid form, starting at 8 am, in the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT).
With a class load of 9 hours, the Seminar intends to foster dialogue and share knowledge about the routines involving land conflicts, covering Land Governance, Land Regularization, Agrarian Law, and Real Estate Registry.
The event is open to the public, that is, Judges and public servers from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins; public servers linked to federal, state or municipal institutions, in charge of land issues within the scope of their competencies; notaries and registrars from the State of Tocantins; students and the community in general can register.
The participants registered in the cities in the interior of Tocantins and other regions will have access to the transmission of the event through the LINK that will be made available on the day.
The program will count on the presence of Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, President of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins; Justice Maysa Vendramini Rosal, General Chief of Justice of the State of Tocantins; Justice Marco Villas Boas, General Director of Esmat; and Judge Wellington Magalhães, coordinator of the Center of Prevention and Land Regularization (NUPREF).
