Registrations are open for the III State Workshop on Penal Alternatives: Strategy to Overcome Challenges in the Field of Deprivation of Liberty

The registrations for the III State WORKSHOP on Penal Alternatives: Strategy to Overcome Challenges in the Field of Deprivation of Liberty are now open. Developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), the event will be held in hybrid form, with transmission to participants registered in the cities of the interior of the State of Tocantins and other regions.

Those registered in the city of Palmas should participate in person at the Auditorium of Esmat to register attendance. The WORKSHOP, which will take place on March 21st and 22nd, aims to foster a space for discussion of the theme, state and nationally, bringing to the debate current issues that address alternative sentencing, as a strategy to overcome the challenges in the field of deprivation of liberty.

In all, 450 vacancies are being offered for Judges and employees of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO); employees of the Secretariat of Citizenship and Justice; employees of the State Prosecution; employees of the State Public Defender's Office; employees of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB), Tocantins Section; the academic community, and civil society organizations.
