Following up on the virtual debates about relevant current issues, the Permanent College of Directors of State Schools of the Judges (COPEDEM), in partnership with the National School of Magistracy (ENM) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), under the Coordination of Memory - Judicial Memory, will hold on October 28th, 2021, the DISTRIBUTION OF FUELS WEBINAR: FLAG TUTELAGE AND DIRECT SALE OF ETHANOL.
With the support of the National Syndicate of the Fuel and Lubricant Distribution Companies (SINDICOM) and the Association of Federal Judges of Brazil (AJUFE), the event will be broadcasted as of 9 a.m., through Copedem's page on the YOUTUBE platform.
The WEBINAR will have the presence of Mr. Guido Silveira Filho, president of Sindicom; Mr. Carlos Eduardo Delgado, Judge and vice-president of Ajufe, for the 3rd region; Mr. Luciano Godoy, lawyer and partner at LUC Lawyers; Mr. Octávio Corrêa, lawyer and founding partner at DTC Advocacy; and Mr. Felipe Feres, lawyer.
Moderated by Judge Cristina Tereza Gaulia, general director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ), the event will also count with the presence of Judges Marco Villas Boas (TJTO), president of Copedem and general director of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins; and Caetano Levi (TJMG), president-director of the National School of Magistracy, and will be coordinated by Professor Lourdes Gonçalves, from Memory - Center for Legal Memory.
