
With a practical approach and a focus on the application of the new Bidding Law (Law No. 14.133, of 2021), the course on Additives and Economic-Financial Rebalancing in Public Works and Engineering Services concluded this Friday (June 6th), at the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).
Over two days of classroom activities, civil servers from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and partner bodies involved in engineering and public management services were able to understand, apply and manage the instruments of contract amendments and economic-financial rebalancing in public works and engineering services efficiently and ethically, promoting more transparent, sustainable and responsible management of public resources.
The training was conducted by Engineer and Master in Public Administration José Eduardo Guidi. During the programming, participants discussed methodologies for dealing with unforeseen contractual issues, changes to the schedule, cost variations and conflicts between contractors.
