Magistrates and civil servers of the General Internal Affairs of Justice opened the month of June in the classrooms of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), participating in the course on "BI Panel: Analysis and Data Management of Judicial Units".
The training, started on the morning of this Monday (June 2nd), led by facilitator Renato Alves Gomes, presented basic notions about the Statistical System of the Judiciary (Resolution no 76, 2009), addressing topics such as Justice in Numbers, National Goals, Procedural Movement and Quality Award of the CNJ.
With a total class load of 8 hours, the activities continue until this Tuesday (June 3rd), when the facilitator Darllanne Cristina dos Santos Ferreira Tacho conducts exhibitions on: Unit Management Panel, Datajud Validation 1G Panel, Productivity General Advisory Panel, Internal Violentometer Panel, Movement Panel by Person and Procedural Movement Panel, plus eproc reports and space for doubts and deepening.
The objective of the course is to train the participants in the use of Business Intelligence (BI) tools for analysis, interpretation and visualization of legal data, application of filters and promotion of a more efficient management within the General Internal Affairs of Justice, strengthening the culture of data and strategic decisions aligned with institutional goals.
For Bruna Patrícia Ferreira Pinto, chief of staff of CGJUS, "the course is of extrem importance both for the scope of 1st and 2nd degree units, as for the civil servers of the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the TJTO, especially for the team of Judicial Court, that the course seeks to guide the servers of the Districts in the Corrections on the importance of the management of the units and frequent use of BI panels that are made available, in order to identify the critical points of the judicial unit and the implementation of corrective actions, contributing to a more efficient, organized and transparent management”.
