Course On Customer Service Brings Together More Than 100 Civil Servers From The Judiciary Of The State Of Tocantins

More than a hundred civil servers from different parts of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins are taking part in the second class of the course on “Service to the Public and Ethics in Public Administration”, promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).

At the opening of the first web class, held on Tuesday afternoon (June 10th), Professor Jefferson Sampaio de Moura - who holds a master's degree in Human Rights Education, a doctorate in Social Policy and is Director of Social Communication at the Federal Institute of the city of Brasília (IFB) - spoke of his satisfaction at conducting the fourth edition of the training course at Esmat.

In his speech, he highlighted the richness of the class, made up of civil servers from different regions of the State, and commented that one of the challenges of the course will be precisely to approach customer service based on good practices that respect the realities and specificities of each district.

The 12-hour course, which is the result of the Competency-Based Management Project, runs until June 24th, with live meetings held via the Google Meet platform.

The course, requested by the Directorate of People Management of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (DIGEP/TJTO), aims to strengthen essential skills for a more efficient, empathetic service that is committed to the principles of the Public Administration.
