
With a focus on the use of management tools and data analysis, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) is promoting the course on “Innovative management and strategies in the treatment of repetitive demands” from June 4th to 6th, aimed at magistrates from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
The aim of the training is to apply current legislation to strategic and innovative action in dealing with repetitive litigation, through the application of judicial management tools, jurimetry and Business Intelligence panels, aligning theory and practice with the Recommendation No. 159 of the CNJ of 2024 and the Guidelines of the TJTO, with a focus on efficiency, standardization of conduct and improvement of the provision of justice. The activities will take place in person at Esmat, with a total class load of 20 hours.
The classes will be given by Professors Mônica Silveira Vieira, a judge at the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais (TJMG) and a doctor of law; and Adriana Reis Dutra, head of the Division for Monitoring Goals and Indicators of the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the TJTO. The activity will be coordinated by Judge Manuel de Faria Reis Neto.
Registrations begin on May 7th and they must be made by appointment, according to the guidelines available in the notice.
