New Training Of Esmat Combines Theory And Practice In Risk And Process Management

On April 24th and 25th, the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold the course on Process Mapping and Risk Management: theory and practice - 2025, aimed at civil servers from the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins who work in the areas of process management and mapping.

With a class load of 16 hours, the training aims to enable participants to map processes, identify the risks present and make improvements based on the risks identified, according to the methodology established in the Risk Management Manual of the TJTO, developing skills and competencies to understand, apply and improve process mapping and risk identification techniques, in order to optimize operational efficiency, promote organizational transparency and strengthen the ability to make evidence-based decisions.

The 40 places available will be filled through nomination in the specific SEI process. The course will be taught by facilitators Ana Carolina Alcântara Vago and Sandro Tomazele de Oliveira Lima, both of whom have experience in the areas of Governance, Compliance, Risk Management and Process Mapping in Public and Private Institutions.

During the classes, participants will have contact with the fundamentals of the BPMN 2.0 notation, AS-IS and TO-BE process modeling, risk management principles based on the ABNT NBR ISO 31000:2018, as well as practical activities that integrate the two topics covered.
