First Class Of The Course On Improvement In Family Mediation Begins At The Cejusc In The District Of Gurupi

The course on Improvement in Family Mediation had its first class on Wednesday (August 14th) in the district of Gurupi-TO. The training is aimed at conciliators and mediators accredited at the Cejusc's Polo's in Gurupi, Arraias and Dianópolis, in person at the Gurupi-TO Jury Room in accordance with the legal guidelines established by Resolution 125 of the National Council of Justice of 2010.

The course is taught by instructors Indira Matos and Lorena Gutierrez and it is attended by the coordinator of the Cejusc Polo Gurupi, Judge Nilson Afonso da Silva.  For Ananda Gonçalves Gomes Braga, who works in conciliation, mediation and parenting workshops and practices restorative circles in the district of Gurupi, the course is very important for each participant to feel validated, valued and recognized. “The activity involves the application of techniques that not only personalize the service, in an individualized way for each participant in the mediation sessions, but also in the conduct of the sessions themselves. We are adding and enriching much more with this course,” she said.

The training continues until August 16th for the development of mediators and conciliators, focused on analyzing, reflecting and applying some techniques to resolve conflicts in a more agile way, but above all in a more affective and humanized way, raising awareness of how to cooperate with each other and seek mutually beneficial solutions.
