Strategic Management: Magistrates And Civil Servers Take Part In Training In The District Of Araguaína

The course on “Management in My Favor: Strategies for Results - Class II”, aimed at civil servers and magistrates of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins who work in the 1st and 2nd instances, had its first meeting in the district of Araguaína on Monday (August 12th). With a class load of 16 hours, the training is divided into three classes and takes place regionally until August 20th.

The coordinator of 1st degree goals, Judge Rosa Maria Rodrigues Gazire, was present at the opening and, in a comment, thanked the participants.

“We would like to thank the participants who decided to take management into their own hands, by sharing and dialoguing about experiences and strategies for achieving promising results in meeting national targets and improving productivity indicators, making them increasingly effective and swift. We have the potential for this, but we won't achieve different answers by following the same paths,” she said.

The course aims to encourage the creation of management and action plans through the analysis and interpretation of statistical reports from the Judiciary, with a view to achieve the National Targets set for 2024. With this in mind, the programming of the first day included the presence of facilitators Fabiano Gonçalves Marques and Cledson José Dias Nunes, who addressed topics such as the management of the national goals of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), strategies for meeting these goals and the presentation of manuals with tips, prepared by Nupara.

In addition, facilitator Darllanne Cristina dos Santos Ferreira Tacho presented a panel on the management of the courts, highlighting the overview and the main functionalities. Facilitator Kellen Cleya Madalena demonstrated how to register and process cases in order to meet national targets.

The activities of the Class II, which also covered the courts of Arapoema, Araguatins, Augustinópolis, Itaguatins, Tocantinópolis, Wanderlândia, Ananás, Xambioá, Goiatins and Filadélfia, ended on Tuesday (August 13th).

In the city of Palmas, serving the districts of Colinas of Tocantins, Guaraí, Pedro Afonso, Colmeia, Itacajá, Miranorte, Miracema, Araguacema, Paraíso, Porto Nacional, Ponte Alta of Tocantins, Novo Acordo and Cristalândia, the course will be held on August 15th and 16th.

The program ends on August 19th and 20th, with the Class IV in the district of Gurupi, which will also include the districts of Araguaçu, Alvorada, Arraias, Dianópolis, Formoso of Araguaia, Natividade, Peixe, Paranã, Palmeirópolis and Taguatinga.
