The interested in attending the course Authority Abuse Crime will have until March, 10th to register. The course has as a target public magistrates and servers from the Judiciary Branch of Tocantins, being 80 vacancies for magistrates (Group I) and 150 vacancies for servers (Group II).
The course will be performed in EaD modality, by the Learning Virtual Environment of Esmat. The classes will be conducted by Professor Igor Pereira Pinheiro that will approach the Historical, Material and Procedural Aspects of the Combat to the Authority Abuse on Brazilian Law and the New Law Appearance Context of the Authority Abuse theme.
With a 20 - class hours’ course load, the course was proposed considering the necessity of developing a training project for magistrates and servers from the Judiciary Branch focusing on the promoted innovations by the Law number 13.869, from 2019, which typify authority abuse crimes; define the active subjects of the conducts; and establish disposals about the ritual to be adopted in those practices verification.
About the Professor
Igor Pereira Pinheiro. Doctorate in Legal-Political Sciences by Lisbon University. Public Prosector in Ceará State. Professor invited from Superior School of Public Prosector of Ceará and from the Learning Complex Renato Saraiva (CERS)/Estácio de Sá, in the area of Corruption Combat and Electoral Right. Co – author of legal area books and articles. Professor of preparation courses for Public Contests and Professional Training for public managers. He has an experience with the Public Law area, emphasizing the Electoral, Administrative and Constitutional Law.
