An initiative from the Judicial Center of Conflicts Solution (CEJUSC), the course will be held with the goal of enabling the magistrates to play the management at Cejuscs within the parameters of the Resolutions number 125 and 225 of the National Justice Council, as well as the Civil Process Code.
The course has as target public magistrates from the Justice Court of Tocantins, and the classes will be held live, at Esmat. The course scheduled is divided into three modules, being the first module expected for the 16th, 17th and 18th of March, according to the course Notice.
During the classes the following themes will be addressed: Childhood and Youth Cejusc and Criminal; The Cejusc, its management: the competences of the coordinator judge from Cejusc; Restructuring of the Cejuscs; Management of the Cejuscs focusing the conflict process of Family and Citizenry; National Policy of Conflicts Appropriate Treatment.
Altogether 50 (fifty) vacancies will be available, and the interested to participate will have until March 13th to register.
