The first step of ambiance and presentation of the educational format is ended, and it is in progress the second phase of the course Authority Abuse Crime – Law number 13.869 – promoted by the School of Judges of Tocantins (ESMAT) in Distance Learning modality. That step is scheduled to end next April 5th, finishing between the 5th and 6th days of the next month, the evaluative process of the course.
With a 20 – class hours’ course load, the course was proposed considering the necessity of developing a training project for magistrates and servers from the Judiciary Branch focusing on the promoted innovations by the Law number 13.869, from 2019, which typify authority abuse crimes; define the active subjects of the conducts; and establish disposals about the ritual to be adopted in those practices verification.
Join that course, 18 magistrates (Group I) and 217 servers (Group II) from the Judiciary Branch of Tocantins. All the activities are being performed by web, by the Learning Virtual Environment of Esmat.

Igor Pereira Pinheiro. Doctorate in Legal-Political Sciences by Lisbon University. Public Prosector in Ceará State. Professor invited from Superior School of Public Prosector of Ceará and from the Learning Complex Renato Saraiva (CERS)/Estácio de Sá, in the area of Corruption Combat and Electoral Right. Co – author of legal area books and articles. Professor of preparation courses for Public Contests and Professional Training for public managers. He has an experience with the Public Law area, emphasizing the Electoral, Administrative and Constitutional Law.
