With the purpose to align the judicial servers team with the organizational goal, using a single methodology to obtain a greater productivity and results on its daily routine to ensure quality in development actions, judicial serves of Tocantins participated this Thursday and Friday (12nd and 13th) at School of Judges of Tocantins (ESMAT), in the Productivity and Time Management Workshop – Triad Training.
The workshop is a training activity directed to the time, productivity, collaboration administration, with a single methodology and immediate application process. Based on current researches, Triad Training is an innovative methodology of practical application for the Court of Justice servers of Tocantins to live in balance with their professional and personal lives.
Among the discussed proposals in the workshop, they are: Promoting a favorable organizational environment to the functional activities development; Promoting the aligment of the organizational goals with the team, to ensure the expected results in 2020; Raising the consciousness level of the team members, to assume the responsibility in order to raise the performance and productivity, among others.
To the cabinet technical advisor, the server Maria Jackeline Guimarães Ribeiro Silverio, the acquired knowledges in the workshop can improve the productivity at work. “The training is being quite useful and of a great value, because it provides tactics and tools for a better time use, what, consequently, can take to a greater goals productivity assumed by us”, she has reinforced.
