The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Directorate of People Management (Digep), has reopened the deadline for the Mandatory Annual Update 2025. Magistrates and civil servers of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins have until July 14th to regularize their registration data.
The new summons comes after the identification of nonconformities in the system. More than 200 people presented pending issues, 31 didn't update and 180 didn't finish or didn't have their data validated after requesting correction during the initial period, which ended on June 30th.
The update is mandatory and it aims to regularize the functional situation of the entire body of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, in order to avoid penalties, such as the payment block provided for in § 1 of the item III of the art. 2 of the Resolution No. 2 of 2014, for those who do not carry out the annual update or have pending issues.
How to do it
To update data, the magistrate or civil server must access the “Servers/Magistrates Register” tab on the e-GESP portal, then click on “Registration Data” and then on “Update Registration Data”.
At the end of each stage of the update, the magistrate or civil server must always click on “Save and Send” the information, until the system displays the message: “Wait for your data to be validated”.
The magistrate or civil server must monitor the entire validation process. If there are any inconsistencies in the data entered, the update will be returned for correction. When the update has been validated, the system displays the following message: "Your update has been completed successfully”.
Deadline
According to the item III of the art. 2 of the Resolution No. 2 of 2014, it is the duty of the civil server or magistrate to keep the data up to date, as well as to supplement it whenever necessary. According to Digep, updating registration data aims to enable the collection of essential information for the policies of the TJTO, such as the granting of aid, among others.
Failure to comply with this obligation by the deadline will result in the application of the established penalties, which include immediate blocking to the internal systems and payment on the next payroll. If the irregularity persists, the penalty of dismissal may be applied.
