The new episode of the EsmatCast, the official podcast of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), is now available. This July, the program explores, in a practical and didactic way, the work of the Center on Judicial Cooperation (NCJ) at the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), an initiative that strengthens integration between magistrates and civil servers, helping to make justice more efficient and accessible to society. The interview was conducted by Journalist Tarcísio Vória and included the participation of Judge Jordan Jardim, NCJ coordinator at the TJTO.
During the conversation, the judge explained the workings of the Center, which was created to promote permanent dialogue, share good practices and seek joint solutions to improve the processing of court cases.
Among the subjects covered, the guest highlighted practical examples of situations in which the work of the NCJ has helped to speed up demands, the main challenges in consolidating a culture of cooperation and the benefits that this work brings directly to citizens, who can now count on a more agile and organized Judiciary.
The episode also provides information on the Resolution No. 350 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), of 2020, which guides and regulates the structuring of centers in courts across the country.
