
The School of the Judges of the State of Rondônia (EMERON), in partnership with the Court of Justice of the state of Rondônia (TJRO), is holding the 1st Seminar on Judicial Agribusiness on May 15th and 16th, in the auditorium of the TJRO in the city of Porto Velho. The event aims to foster qualified debate on the legal, contractual and environmental challenges of agribusiness, with a focus on sustainability and legal certainty in relations in the sector.
The official opening is scheduled for 7pm on the 15th with a lecture on globalization and commercial disputes in agribusiness. On the 16th the programming continues with technical panels and debates on agrarian contracts, the environment, the carbon market and judicial recovery, ending with a lecture by Ministers of the Supreme Court Raul Araújo and Marco Aurélio Buzzi.
The seminar is aimed at judges, legal practitioners, representatives of public and private institutions, rural producers and academics. Registrations for in-person participation is limited.
The event will also be broadcast on the YouTube channel of Emeron, with certification available to subscribers during the broadcast.
