
The test locations for the next edition of the National Judicial Exam (Enam), which will take place this Sunday (18th), are now available and they can be checked here. The list was released by the organizing body of the exam, FGV Conhecimento (Knowledge). The exam is being held by the National School for the Training and Improvement of Magistrates (Enfam) in all Brazilian capitals.
The exam will last five hours and it will take place from 1pm to 6pm, Brasília time. Those registered must go to the test locations at least one hour and thirty minutes in advance. You will need to bring a blue or black ballpoint pen made of transparent material; an original identity document; and proof of payment of the registration fee.
You must remain in the exam room for at least three hours, and the booklet with the questions can only be taken out of the room in the last 30 minutes. Those who communicate with another person during the test or are found carrying electronic devices, watches of any kind, sunglasses, wallets and other items outside the envelope will be eliminated. About Enam
More than 42,000 people signed up for the test, of which 7,633 were black, 1,971 had disabilities (PCD) and 97 were indigenous. The assessment is eliminatory and it qualifies law graduates to take part in public competitions for entry to the judiciary. Knowledge will be tested in 80 questions, covering topics such as Constitutional Law and Human Rights.
In the free competition, it is necessary to get more than 70% of the test right, i.e. 56 questions. For self-declared black, indigenous or disabled people, it will be necessary to score above 40 questions, which corresponds to 50% of the test. The final results are expected to be announced on July 31st, and the certificates will be issued on August 12th.
