Tjto Promotes 3rd Edition Of The Project On Literary Paths In Three State Units

The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Group for Monitoring and Inspection of the Prison System and the System for the Execution of Socio-Educational Measures (GMF), and in partnership with the Superintendence for the Administration of the System for the Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents (SAPDCA), is promoting the third edition of the Project on Literary Paths, on July 11th, 12th, 16th and 17th, with the theme on "What can culture do in the socio-educational system?". 

The event is aimed at young people serving socio-educational measures and it takes place in three units in the State: the Center of Socio-Educational Care of the city of Palmas (Case), the Center of Palmas Provisional Internment of Women of the city of Palmas (Ceip Feminino) and the Center of Provisional Internment of the city of Gurupi (Ceip Sul).

The aim is to strengthen access to culture for adolescents in its most varied expressions. In this way, an extensive and diverse program is being prepared by the units themselves, with a focus on encouraging reading as a way of promoting culture. As part of the activities at the Center of Provisional Internment of the city of Gurupi, in the south of the State, the participants will be painting a mural inside the unit.
