March 21st, 2024. A new mark in the 35-year history of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins. With the motto: "Closer and more innovative justice", the 2023/2025 administration, headed by Justice Etelvina Maria Sampaio Felipe, inaugurates the Inovassol Innovation Center. The physical, interactive and integrative space is located in the water mirror of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).
The inauguration is scheduled for 3:30 p.m. in the auditorium of the TJTO. During the program, there will be a video showing the entire Inovassol concept; a presentation of the PLS - Sustainable Logistics Plan - Simplified, with visual facilitator Sidan Orafa; the launch of the TJTO RIGHT HERE app and the Renajud Robot, as well as a lecture on "Innovating for people: the citizen as the focus of information", with Filipe Sousa Costa, from the Innovation and Data Laboratory (Irislab) of the State of Ceará.
Inovassol
Resolution No. 9 of May 2023 instituted the Innovation Policy in the PJTO, creating Inovassol, as provided for in goal 27 of the Management 2023/2025, and guided by the Resolution No. 395 of the CNJ. The unit is linked to the Presidency of the TJTO, is part of the Innovation Network of the Brazilian Judiciary (RenovaJud) and seeks to promote a culture of innovation in search of modern and effective solutions to improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
With its central idea focused on the sunflower flower - which symbolizes warmth, vitality and positive energy - Inovassol has the following services: Sowing (spreading the culture of innovation), Roots (investigating the causes of the problems reported by the Judiciary), Illuminating (thinking of innovative ways to solve the problems selected in "Roots"), Blossoming (transforming ideas into tangible formats and testing them), Cultivating (mentoring to prevent the project from not being followed up), Pruning (reducing bureaucracy in work processes) and SimplesToc (Language Simplification Program of the PJTO).
Execution
Since the creation of Inovassol, there have been courses, workshops, the 1st Inovassol Marathon, mentoring, the lecture on Innovation Applied to the Public Sector, which certified 421 participants; the SimplesToc course: Training for Plain Language Agents, among others.
The result of the 1st Inovassol Marathon, the "You are Light" program was instituted by the Ordinance No. 1803/2023 and proposes measures and actions aimed at reducing and raising awareness of electricity consumption in the buildings of the PJTO, meeting the guidelines of the Resolution No. 400 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) and also to improve the Sustainability Performance Index - IDS related to the electricity indicator and its metrics for obtaining the Quality Award of the CNJ.
Management Plan and Team
The Innovation Management Committee (CGI), headed by the Vice-President of the TJTO, Justice Ângela Prudente, is responsible for improving the actions of the Center for Innovation and the Sustainable Development Goals of the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins (Intelectus-TO), established by the Ordinance No. 1862/2021 (TJTO).
The Inovassol team is made up of coordinating Judge Roniclay Alves de Morais and civil servers André Vinicius Di Oliveira Gomes (technical Advisor), Ana Berenice de Aguiar (public Manager) and Bruno Vieira de Melo Aguiar (communications Analyst).
