Abstract

In an increasingly digital world and connected in information technology, bringing a high-speed internet for all is a matter of full citizenship in the face of the benefits inherent in connectivity for all, especially now when the pandemic has made clear the need for home office work and online classes. High-speed and quality Internet in public schools, hospitals and public clinics, throughout the public security sector and in the judiciary guarantees the full exercise of citizenship because it gives citizens the possibility of having information from the world and guarantees to them the possibility of not stopping their activities, whatever it may be.
