ESMAT JOURNAL CALLS FOR THE PUBLICATION OF ARTICLES FOR THE SECOND SEMESTER OF 2022
The Journal of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins, linked to the Master's Program in Judicial Provision and Human Rights, of the Federal University of the State of Tocantins, in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT), is calling for the publication of articles for the second semester of 2022. Academic papers must be submitted by September 15th, 2022. The journal, of an interdisciplinary nature, is rated B4 by Capes, and publishes articles in the areas of Law, Humanities and Applied Social Sciences twice a year, and it is published in print and digital format.  Authors must hold a Doctoral and/or Master's degree. Articles should be sent by e-mail to revista.esmat@tjto.jus.br, with a copy to tarsisbarreto@uft.edu.br. In return for the publication, the authors will receive two copies of the publication in printed format. Each copy published enhances the level of the journal, within the parameters of Capes, with a view to its elevation in the Qualis stratum. About the Journal The ESMAT Journal is an interdisciplinary scientific journal, edited by Esmat, an organ of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins. The first edition was published in 2009, and since 2013 the periodicity is biannual. Members of national and international institutions make up the Editorial Board, and the list of reviewers is composed of masters and doctors, preferably selected according to the thematic area of the articles evaluated. The evaluation system meets the criteria required for scientific journals, adopting the double-blind peer review model. Since 2016, the Journal is linked to the Professional and Interdisciplinary Master’s Program in Judicial Provision and Human Rights, held by the Federal University of the State of Tocantins (UFT), in partnership with the School. The objective of the publication is to be a motivating instrument for the diffusion of knowledge produced by Judges, public servers, students, professors, lawyers, Public Prosecutors, and other members of the legal community, that is, a vehicle for the continuous improvement of discussions about Law, in order to stimulate academic and scientific debate.
