Focus and Scope
The School of Judges of Tocantins Magazine – ESMAT – objectives being a motivating instrument for the knowledge diffusion produced by the Magistrates, students, professors, servers, lawyers, Service Prosection members and other members of the judicial community, in other words, a vehicle for the continuous improvement of discussions about the Law in a way to stimulate the academic and scientific debate.

Evaluation Process by the Pairs
The received articles will be submitted to a previous evaluation by the Editorial Commission, that will verify the adequacy to the editorial line of the Magazine and to the general rules of publication. The articles that do not comply those requirements will be send back to their authors, in order to be made the necessary changes.

Approved on that first step, the articles will be send for analysis of the external referees, considering the respective thematic areas, by the double blind peer review process.

That magazine offers immediate free access to its content, following the principle that to provide free scientific knowledge to the public gives a bigger knowledge world democratization.
