Esmat Publishes The Notice For The Xi Class Of The Master's Degree Program In Judicial Provision And Human Rights (PPGPJDH)

The Federal University of the State of Tocantins (UFT) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) made public the Notice of the opening of the registration for the selection process of the Master’s in Judicial Provision and Human Rights. The selection process aims to select candidates for admission, as regular students of the Class XI program, starting in the second semester of 2023.

The Interdisciplinary Nature and Area of Concentration

The Professional Master’s in Judicial Provision and Human Rights has an interdisciplinary approach with a concentration area in Judicial Effectiveness and Human Rights. Therefore, it seeks to discuss and propose solutions to improve the judicial provision. The Program, proposed to CAPES by UFT/ ESMAT, was approved in 2013 and today has concept 4.

Registration and selection process period

Registrations will be open from May 31st to June 30th, 2023 and must be made through the Esmat SGC, available at: https://sgc.tjto.jus.br/. The selection process will take place between May 31st and August 21st, 2023.

Evaluation Steps

The selection evaluation process for the Master's Program will occur in three stages: Registration (eliminatory); Research Project (qualifying and eliminatory); and Title Test (qualifying). 

Target Audience and Available Positions 

The selection process is directed to magistrates and permanent civil servers or those holding commissioned positions in the Judiciary of the  State of Tocantins, members and permanent civil servers of the State Prosecution of the State of Tocantins (MPE/TO), permanent civil servers of the Regional Electoral Court of the State of Tocantins (TRE/TO), professors and permanent public servers or those holding commissioned positions at the Federal University of the State of Tocantins (UFT), in addition to professionals who are members of the Justice System or work in the area of Judicial Provision and/or Human Rights. There will be 32 vacancies for admission in the second semester of 2023.
