The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) published in the Gazette of Justice the Notice no 16, of 2026, which deals with the selection process of the Residency Program with access to the Post-Graduation in Judicial Practice (PRJud) - Class IV.
The document was subsequently rectified by the Notice no 25, of 2026, for formal adjustments, without changing the general structure of the program or the main schedule.
Registrations are open and they can be made until Monday, January 26th, exclusively by the Contest Management System of Esmat (SGC), at the address: https://sgc.tjto.jus.br/.
The program is aimed at law graduates who have completed their degree no more than five years ago, counted from the date of graduation until the publication of the opening notice (Jan 20th).
About PRJud
PRJud is structured in two inseparable dimensions: the practical dimension (Legal Residency), developed in the units of the Judiciary, and the theoretical dimension, corresponding to the Post-Graduation Lato Sensu in Judicial Practice, offered by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).
The program has an educational nature and it does not generate employment, applying, where applicable, the provisions of the Law no 11.788, of 2008 (Law of the Internship).
