Open Registrations For Masters And Doctorates Offered By Esmat And UFT

Anyone who is looking to take a next step in academic training can already organize: The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), in partnership with the Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT), has open registrations for two masters and one doctoral courses in 2026.

The opportunities include strategic areas for the Justice System and public management, with distinct deadlines and selection processes already in progress.

Master And Doctorate In Judicial Provision And Human Rights (PPGPJDH)

Registrations for the Professional Master’s Degree and the Professional Doctorate in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH), an association program between Esmat and UFT, are open until 4:59 pm on January 30th.

The courses are aimed at professionals graduated (in the case of doctorate) with title of master, especially magistrates, civil servers and members of partner institutions of the Justice System, focusing on the effectiveness of the jurisdiction and the promotion of human rights.

The notices have been corrected, with updated information, including the Public Defender’s Office of the State of Tocantins (DPE/ TO) among the institutions covered and adjustments in the number of vacancies.

Registrations must be made exclusively by the Contest Management System (SGC) of Esmat, with a fee of R$ 150.00 (one hundred and fifty reais). The selection process involves stages such as approval, project evaluation, interview and analysis of titles (barema).

Master In Digital Transformation And Governance (PPGGTD)

Applications for the Professional Master in Digital Governance and Transformation (PPGGTD), offered by UFT in partnership with Esmat, are also open until February 27th.

The course is aimed at magistrates and civil servers of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) and it offers 15 vacancies, with classroom classes planned for Esmat in the city of Palmas.

The proposal of the master’s is to develop skills in digital governance, data-based management, artificial intelligence and technological transformation, with two lines of research: Digital Governance in Organizations and Computational Modeling for Digital Transformation.

The selection process includes proof of degrees and evaluation of research proposal with interview. The interviews are scheduled for March 9th and 10th, with final results on March 17th. Classes will begin on March 23rd.

⚠️ Attention! In the three notices, the presentation of the Certificate of Functional Link is required for magistrates and civil servers. The document can be issued directly on the EGESP website, on https://gestaodepessoas.tjto.jus.br/.

To generate the certificate, just access the profile in the system and, in the left side menu, click on Certificates, select Certificate of Functional Link, click on Generate new link statement and finally download the declaration by the button available on the right side of the screen.
