The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) will hold, on April 9th, starting at 8 a.m., the Workshop on Inspection of Contracts with Exclusive Labor Dedication: Practical Focus for Sector Tax Officers of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO). The activity, requested by the Administrative Directorate, is aimed exclusively at civil servers who act as sector tax officers (county) of the TJTO.
The event will be conducted by Accountant and Lawyer Flaviana Vieira Paim, in person, at Esmat, with an 8-hour workload. According to the Notice no. 36 of 2026, the objective of the initiative is to enable (...) the qualified, secure and standardized exercise of contract supervision with exclusive labor dedication, ensuring compliance with the Law no. 14,133, of 2021, with the institutional norms and provisions contained in the Terms of Reference, promoting the mitigation of labor, legal and operational risks, as well as strengthening contractual governance and planning culture within the Public Administration.
In all, 50 vacancies are being made available, distributed between administrative units of the Court of Justice and counties of the State. Registrations occur upon nomination.
In addition to theoretical presentations, the workshop will feature practical activities and analysis of real cases, providing participants with a space for debate and consolidation of good practices for contract enforcement within the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins.
