The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) holds, next Monday (March 9th), at 8 a.m., in the auditorium of the institution, the Magna Class of the new classes of the Master’s and Doctorate in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH).
The event will feature the opening lecture on "The greening of the Human Rights in the Latin America", to be delivered by Justice Marco Villas Boas, general director of the School, and it will have live broadcast for the public interested in following the program.
Promoted as part of the Stricto Sensu Professional and Interdisciplinary Post graduation Program in Judicial Provision and Human Rights (PPGPJDH), the activity marks the start of academic activities for the new classes of the Master’s and Doctorate. The program is developed, in an associative way, by the Federal University of the state of Tocantins (UFT) and the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through Esmat.
Recognized for its interdisciplinary training and the articulation between academia and the Justice System, the program has consolidated itself as a space of knowledge production aimed at improving judicial services and promoting human rights. In addition, it also achieved a grade 5 in the Quadrennial Evaluation of Capes, a result that highlights its academic excellence and the relevance of its research and institutional actions.
