The Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Permanent Center of Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution (Nupemec), the Center for Restorative Justice (Cejure) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), is holding tomorrow, Friday (Dec 5th), from 9 am, the VI Seminar on Restorative Justice, in the auditorium of the TJTO, in the city of Palmas.

With a class load of 6 hours, the seminar will be face-to-face and it will bring together magistrates and civil servers Judiciary, facilitators of the Restorative Justice, members of the State Prosecution, the BAR and the Public Defender’s Office, as well as educators from the public sector, public security professionals, the academic community and members of civil society.
The programming includes four lectures with invited judges from different States and a table of presentation of good practices held in the state of Tocantins. Coordinated by Judge Silvana Parfieniuk, the seminar aims to expand the role of the Restorative Justice in the State, promote interdisciplinary dialogue and consolidate practices aimed at social pacification.
