Two days dedicated to the Restorative Justice will mark the first week of December in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. On Thursday and Friday (Dec 4th and 5th), the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), through the Permanent Center for Consensual Methods of Conflict Resolution (Nupemec), the Center for Restorative Justice (Cejure) and the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), holds the V Meeting of Restorative Facilitators of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and the VI Seminar on Restorative Justice.
The activities complement each other: The fifth meeting is aimed at the network of facilitators and professionals already trained in the Restorative Justice; the sixth seminar is open to the general public.
Thursday: Meeting strengthens facilitators network

The V Meeting of Restorative Facilitators of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins will be held on Thursday (Dec 4th), starting at 9 am, in the auditorium of Esmat. The proposal is to offer a space for continuous training, dialogue and exchange of experiences between restorative facilitators linked to the Judiciary, professionals accredited by Nupemec, magistrates and civil servers with training in Restorative Justice.
With a class load of 8 hours, the meeting provides opening lecture, peace circle and workshops on practical experiences in Restorative Justice in the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, as well as a final moment of sharing the experiences recorded in each room.

Registrations for the meeting are made by nomination of the coordinator magistrates of the Cejuscs Polo, and they are intended exclusively for the public with direct action in restorative practices.
Friday: Seminar opens dialogue with society
On Friday (Dec 5th), also at 9am, it will be the turn of the VI Seminar on Restorative Justice, in the auditorium of the Court of Justice. Unlike the meeting of facilitators, the seminar is open to the public and free.

With a 6-hour class load, the programming brings together four lectures and a table presentation of good practices. Among the guests are magistrates from different States, who will address topics such as:
- "I See You Protocol: Prevention of violence among adolescents", with Judge Vanessa Cavalieri (TJRJ);
- "Lives in Restart: Restorative Justice against the misfutures of female incarceration," with Judge Mirella Cezar Freire (TJMA);
- "Circle of Conflicting Sentences", with Judge Sandra Magali Brito Silva Mendonça (TJBA);
- "Restorative Justice and Literature", with Judge Berenice Ferreira Silveira Nassar (TJPR).
