How to find purpose in the midst of routine and the whirlwind of tasks? The question opens space for reflection that marks the beginning of the X Health Week of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins. On October 27th, starting at 2pm, the Professor and Philosopher Lúcia Helena Galvão will lecture on the "Quality and Sense of Life: Philosophical Reflections", in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), with an invitation to self-knowledge and the search for well-being at work and in life.

The lecture marks the beginning of a programming aimed at promoting emotional health, quality of life and strengthening institutional ties, focusing on self-care and prevention.
The action was idealized by the Directorate of People Management (Digep), in partnership with the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and the Health Center (Cesau), as part of the strategies provided for by the Policy of Integral Health Care of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) to magistrates, civil servers and trainees of the Judiciary.
The speaker is author of works such as: The symbolism of the magic flute, Caibalion for children, Comments to the Tao Te King and The logic and intelligence of life.
