
Next Wednesday (October 22nd), professionals from Justice, Health, Social Assistance, researchers and others interested in improving knowledge about mental health care for adolescents in conflict with the law participate in the event on "Interfaces between Justice System, Mental Health and Socio-Education: Strategies for the Guarantee of Rights". The action is promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) and it will be held on October 22nd and 23rd, in a hybrid format.

The meeting is coordinated by Judge José Eustáquio de Melo Júnior, doctor of law, member of the Support Center for the Courts (NACOM) and coordinator of the Monitoring and Supervision Group of the Prison System (GMF/TO).
Thematic
Focusing on the inter-institutional action and the guarantee of rights, the event will address the challenges of psychosocial care to adolescents in compliance and post-compliance of socio-educational measures, according to the guidelines of the National Policy for Integral Health Care of Adolescents in Conflict with the Law (PNAISARI) and the Resolution no 487 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), of 2023, which establishes the Anti-Asylum Policy within the Judiciary.
The programming includes conferences, panels and rounds of conversation, with invited experts, and it will be held in person in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), with simultaneous transmission for the registered ONLINE.
