
The registrations for the third and last class of the Literary Workshops of 2025 close this Wednesday (September 24th). The new edition will be dedicated to the theme about "Gender and Sexualities" and it proposes critical dialogues mediated by literature as a tool for awareness, inclusion and social transformation.
The activity is directed to magistrates, civil servers, trainees of the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins and the external public. The meetings will take place virtually on October 7th, 14th and 21st, always at 7pm, with mediation of the Psychologist Cristina Silvana da Silva Vasconcelos and reading of the work As Malditas (The Cursed Ones), by the Argentinian trans writer Camila Sosa Villada - recognized for her powerful writing about identity, resistance and marginalization. The work is now available for loan in the library of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat).

In addition to the virtual meetings, this edition, developed in partnership with the Division of Project and Contract Management of the Directorate of People Management (Divpgc/ Digep), will be marked by a closing Cultural Sarau, on October 22nd, from 3pm to 5pm, at Esmat.
The programming will include the presentation of the Suça Group, with the participation of Master Patricinho, the Quilombola People of the district of Chapada de Natividade, as well as a round of conversation and other artistic interventions. The event will be open to the participants of the three project classes and it aims to celebrate learning and promote a space for affective and cultural exchange.
