
As part of the II National Week of Special Courts (CNJ), the Judiciary of the state of Tocantins, through the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), will hold an event on June 4th and 5th to commemorate 30 years of Special Courts. The initiative will take place in the auditorium of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) and it will be attended by Judge Erick Linhares, from the Court of Justice of the State of Roraima, and Judge Maurício Cunha, from the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais, as part of the programming.
Aimed at promoting understanding of the special courts, offering an overview of their role in the Brazilian Judicial System, highlighting their purpose, procedures and importance for resolving conflicts related to consumer law and civil liability, the event is open to the public.

The 2nd National Week of Special Courts is an initiative aimed at broadening the understanding of society of the work of these bodies in the context of the Judicial System.
Coordinated by Judges Marcelo Augusto Ferrari Faccioni and Ciro Rosa de Oliveira, the event marks an important moment of reflection and celebration on the achievements and the paths to be taken in this area, which is so essential to the Brazilian Justice.
