The Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (ESMAT) is open for registrations until June 15th for the round of conversation discussion on “Strengthening Leadership in the Public Service: Diversity as an enabler of innovation and success at work”. The activity will take place on June 17th (Tuesday), from 2pm to 4pm, remotely, via the GOOGLE MEET platform.
Aimed at magistrates, civil servers and trainees from the Judiciary of the State of Tocantins, the initiative seeks to promote the formation of conscious and reflective leaders, based on the principles of human rights, encouraging the appreciation of diversity in the workplace and contributing to the tackling of discriminatory, prejudiced and exclusionary practices, in order to strengthen a more inclusive, ethical and innovative organizational culture within the Judiciary. The proposal is part of the project on Justice in Dialogue, developed by the Directorate of People Management of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO).
The conversation will be led by facilitator Nilo Siqueira Mello. The programming includes topics such as: the concept and types of leadership, inclusive leadership, innovation in the public service, diversity as an institutional purpose, as well as strategies to strengthen the leadership of people with disabilities and representativeness in the organizational environment.
