More than a commitment to continuing education, the event on "Inclusive Judiciary: building a Justice without barriers", requested by the Permanent Commission on Accessibility and Inclusion (CPAI) of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) and promoted by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), proposes an invitation to listen, to review practices and to collective construction of more accessible, equitable and human environments in the scope of the Judicial Power.
The activity will be held on May 15th, in hybrid mode, with programming concentrated in the auditorium of the TJTO, from 8:30 am, and live broadcast by the virtual platform of Esmat. Registrations are already open and they can be made until the day of the event, clicking here.
Aimed at magistrates, servers and the community in general, the course offers 1,300 vacancies - 300 face-to-face and 1,000 at a distance - and 7 class hours.
Among the topics highlighted are: attitudinal accessibility, institutional capacity, accessible communication, neurodivergence in the justice system, legal capacity of people with disabilities and linguistic rights of deaf people.
The training proposal is aligned with the Resolution no 401 of the National Council of Justice (CNJ), of 2021, which deals with the promotion of the rights of people with disabilities in the Judiciary.
