President Of The Tjto Gathers Team To Align Strategies In Search Of Transparent, Ethical And Humanized Justice

Just over a week into her Presidency of the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO), Justice Maysa Vendramini Rosal brought together her team of assistant judges, chiefs of staff, directors and advisors for a start-up WORKSHOP, developed by the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat), to strategically align and define the values that will guide the 2025-2027 administration. The event takes place this Thursday and Friday (February 13th and 14th), at the headquarters of the Association of Magistrates of the state of Tocantins (Asmeto), in the city of Palmas.

Integration, humanization, transparency, ethics, integrity, accessibility, credibility and dialogue are the principles that will guide the administration. Opening the proceedings, the president also highlighted her care for magistrates and civil servers, the harmonious atmosphere, attention to the 1st level (courts) and full support for the substitute judge competition, for which registrations begin next Monday (February 17th).

The justice recalled her simple way of working and stressed the importance of working as a team to ensure the continuity of services in the quest to improve judicial provision and meet the demands of the citizens of the state of Tocantins.

“The Court of Justice represents hope for the population. A power made up of people who need to remain responsible, committed and disciplined to ensure that justice is done,” said the president.

“We're a new team and we're here to improve our work. I'm sure we'll reach the end of these two years with good results. I'm counting on you,” she said.

On the occasion, Francisco Cardoso, general director of the TJTO, emphasized the purpose of the meeting, which aims to align and engage the team with the management objectives for the next two years.

Start up

The meeting started up with the feelings that drive the new TJTO management team. Pride, gratitude, commitment and challenge were some of the manifestations presented during the meeting, which was facilitated by consultant Ricardo de Cerqueira.

According to the consultant, human beings are driven by their subjectivity, and in order to strengthen this feeling in favor of results, it is necessary to understand what drives the team. On this occasion, he highlighted the attitude of Justice Maysa in bringing the whole team together to think about management as a whole.

With interactive dynamics and discussions aimed at tackling challenges and implementing work plans, the two-day meeting will work on topics such as: self-leadership and network leadership, strategic highlights of the management plan, the main challenges and initiatives of the directorates and the values that should guide the behavior of the employees of the TJTO.
