This Friday (August 23rd), the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) held a lecture on “The Health of Workers - Class IV” in the jury room of the district of Paraíso do Tocantins, as part of the Health Care Program (PAS). Aiming to contribute to the improvement of health, quality of life and working conditions, this fourth class was attended by magistrates, civil servers, trainees and employees of the district.
The lecture focused on adopting preventive attitudes to maintain health and strengthening the social foundations of the work environment, broadening the commitment to citizenship and encouraging the improvement of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships. The importance of boosting personal satisfaction was also highlighted, as well as promoting a sense of cooperation, respect and identity with the work.
The Health Care Project: “Preventive Behavior to Improve Quality of Life” - PAS, originated from a proposal by the Management Committee of the Integral Health Care Policy for Judges and Civil Servers of the Judiciary, in compliance with the Resolution 207/15 of the CNJ.
