On Monday morning (May 13th), the auditorium of the Superior School of the Judges of the State of Tocantins (Esmat) welcomed magistrates and civil servers from the Court of Justice of the State of Tocantins (TJTO) for the workshop on "Developing People for High Performance".
Lasting 5 hours, the activity aimed to train participants in leadership and team management skills in order to promote a culture of high performance, achieving maximum professional and personal potential, boosting personal satisfaction, a sense of cooperation, respect and identity with their work.
The workshop was given by facilitator Fabio Augusto Silva Scannavino, who covered the following topics: individual awareness of the performance of each leader in terms of management and leadership; the competency model - evaluation and construction of an IDP - individual development plan.
For Paula Bittencourt, Communications Advisor for the General Internal Affairs of Justice of the State of Tocantins, the event was an opportunity to reflect and improve as a leader and manager.
“We really enjoyed the workshop. As well as doing an in-depth analysis, we also reflected on our role as leaders and managers, with a view to improving the results we deliver to society as public servers. Understanding how leadership can make results ever better and more human, because it involves not only targets, but also the well-being of people," she said.
